Ocean & Orchard - Wine & Food festival - 25 February 2012

The Ocean & Orchard Wine and Food Festival is a celebration and collaboration of fabulous local food, gourmet cuisine, boutique wines, bountiful seafood, culture and entertainment, all unique to the Bay of Islands.

The Festival has something for everyone including a continuous line up of talented musicians, culinary and quirky competitions, stomping of the grapes, children’s entertainment and much, much more.

Visitors to the Festival can relax in the shade of one of 50 gazebos, while listening to a combination of jazz and other entertainment in the afternoon, then continue to “party on the park” late afternoon and evening. A competition marquee, stage, food and wine stalls combine to create a festive atmosphere, alongside Kerikeri’s world renowned Chris Booth water sculpture.
