Cancellation Policy
All bookings carry a minimum 72 hour cancellation policy - with the following exceptions:For these seasonal holidays the following cancellation notice periods apply:
Christmas New Year period (24 Dec – 08 January) 14 days
Easter 5 days
A penalty of one night's accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled within the stated notice period or in the case of non-arrival.
Please note:
When you advise your credit card number as a guarantee, it will be verified but not charged at the time of booking.
Reservations will be held on the understanding that a charge against your card will apply if you cancel within the agreed cancellation policies.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover against any such eventuality.
Booking Conditions

Arrival:
Guest Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in from 2pm onwards (earlier by arrangement).
If you are planning to arrive after 8pm please would you let us know.
Departure:
Guest Check-Out: Guests should be ready to check out by 10am on morning of departure.
Changes in reservation:
Guests may change their reservations with us subject to availability, ensuring that all relevant cancellation notice periods (see above) and any minimum nights stay requirements have been met.
Non-smoking:
All guest units are non-smoking.
Smoking areas are available on our patio and unit balconies.
In the event of someone smoking inside a unit, a smoking penalty of $400 will be charged.
Damages/breakages:
We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damages to the motel units
( if you break a glass and let us know, we are not going to worry about it ).
Pets:
Sorry, only small, well mannered, pets permitted by agreement and depending on other bookings. An additional pet cleaning fee will apply.
